Exchange and Return

We are proud to offer item exchange or refund if the customer is not satisfied with the product. The customer should inform us in maximum 48 hours after receiving the order by Email or WhatsApp.

The shipping cost will be handled by the customer to the courier/shipping company.

I want to check my items before paying the Cash on Delivery amount, can I do this?

Sorry but the shipping companies will let you check only after you’ve paid. But it’s not all bad news. You may return any item to us in maximum 48 hours after receiving the order.

My item got damaged after only one use

We are sorry about this. All of our products are authentic and certified by their manufacturer. However, we do not offer extended warranties beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. Anyway tell us more about your unpleasant experience and we’ll address the case, but we do not return nor exchange damaged items after you’ve used them.
