Can I change the item or size once I receive the order?

We are proud to offer item exchange if the customer is not satisfied with the product or size. The customer should inform us by Email or Whatsapp in maximum 48 hours after receiving the order. The delivery cost will be handled by the customer to the courier company for their courier service AED 30 to AED 45 in UAE. 

I've changed my mind and want to return my order and get refund, can I do that?

At Mensdoor we are flexible to provide a "refund" to our customers as an option. The customer should inform us by Email or Whatsapp in maximum 48 hours after receiving the order that he/she wants to return the order. The delivery cost will be handled by the customer to the courier company for the courier service AED 30 to AED 45 in UAE. 

Please note that the item should be in a good condition with it's packing, otherwise we can't accept the refund.

I want to check my items before paying the Cash on Delivery amount, can I do this?

Yes you can. The delivery company will ask you first to pay their delivery service charge and then you are allowed to open the parcel to check the item, if you are satisfied then they will ask to pay the remaining balance.

My item got damaged after only one use, what is the process?

We are sorry about this. All of our products are authentic and certified by their manufacturer. However, we do not offer extended warranties beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. Anyway tell us more about your unpleasant experience and we’ll address the case, but we do not return nor exchange damaged items after you’ve used them.
