Can I change or return the order once received?

We are proud to offer item exchange and return for ''one time only'' and this is applicable for UAE customers only. The customer should inform us by Email or Whatsapp in maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order. The cost of AED 50 will be handled by the customer for the delivery service. Item should be in a new condition with its packaging.

For exchange:

If there is a difference in price, then customer needs to pay the extra amount. The extra amount will be added in the new order which we will be creating along with the exchange fee of AED 50. But in case the new item is less than the product amount, then we will give a discount code to the customer equal to the amount difference. The discount code is one-time use only and valid for one year.

For return:

The refund will be transferred to customer bank account within 14 days.

 

My item got damaged after only one use, what is the process?

We are sorry about this. All of our products are authentic and certified by their manufacturer. However, tell us more about your unpleasant experience and we’ll address the case, but we do not return nor exchange damaged items which been used several times or misused.

Any products purchased from our shop (except for neckties and wallets) is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of the warranty. However, we cannot cover any damage caused by accidents, negligence, or other factors not due to defects in materials and workmanship.
